📦 No Return / No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy on all orders.

♻️ Exchange Policy – Only for Defective Products

  • Exchanges are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • The product to be exchanged must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the parcel to claim any defect. No exchange will be entertained without the video.

✂️ Customised Products

  • No exchange, return, or refund on customised products (custom sizing, colour requests, or name prints).

📏 Sizing Assistance

  • If the size is an issue, we can help by altering the piece as per your measurements.

  • This resizing service will take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your request.
