At Vibes & Petals by Tanya, we carefully make and quality-check every outfit before dispatch to ensure you receive the best possible product.

📦 No Return / No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no return, no exchange and no refund policy for change of mind, personal preferences or sizing choices.

✂️ Fitting & Alteration Support

If you face any fitting issues, please contact our team. We'll do our best to help you with alterations.
Most of our outfits have extra margins for minor fitting adjustments.
If required, you can also get the outfit adjusted by a local tailor. Our team will guide you wherever possible.
Any alteration or shipping charges will be discussed based on the issue.

♻️ Product Issues & Credit Notes

If you receive an outfit with a major defect or an incorrect product, please contact our team with your order ID and clear photos or an unboxing video.
Our team will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Where applicable, we may offer a credit note valid for 30 days.
Credit notes are issued only after review and approval by our team.
We do not offer cash refunds for regular returns or exchanges. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

🧵 Customised Orders

Outfits made with custom measurements, colour changes or special design requests are not eligible for regular returns, exchanges or refunds. Any genuine product issue will still be reviewed by our team.
